Princess Turandot (Turandot)

American soprano Lise Lindstrom is in great demand to sing Princess Turandot – a part she has taken in Hong Kong, Palm Beach, Kentucky, Orlando and Cleveland. During the 2008/09 season she also sang Turandot at the Deutsche Oper Berlin. Other assignments in the season just ended included Venus in the Greek National Opera’s production of Tannhäuser and the title role in Salome in Turin and Cleveland. Forthcoming guest appearances include her Metropolitan debut as Turandot, which she will also sing at De Nederlandse Opera, the Coruña Opera Festival and in San Diego. Orlando Opera has also engaged her to sing Leonore in Fidelio.
