In-sung Sim

Timur (Turandot)

In-sung Sim studied at the University of Seoul, the Vienna Conservatory and in Marseilles. He has reaped success in, among others, the Operalia competition in Los Angeles, where he was awarded a special prize, and the Oslo Queen Sofia Competition, where he won the third prize. He was a member of the solo ensemble at the Vienna State Opera 2001-07. During the 2008/09 season he sang at the Salzburg Festival, at the Teatro Massimo di Palermo, in Lausanne, Caen and Bad Kissingen.
