Conditions of sale

Groups

Finnish groups of at least 30 and foreign groups of at least 10 are entitled to a group reduction of 5%. The advance booking reduction and the group reduction cannot be granted simultaneously. No group reduction is granted on online sales. The commission for tour operators is 5% of the ticket prices. The concession is granted only on tickets booked through the Opera Festival Ticket Office.

Club Opera (annual subscription €60)

Members of Club Opera are entitled to a 10% advance booking reduction. The concession is valid until January 31, 2011. Members are entitled to not more than 10 tickets per event at this preferential rate. Club Opera members must present their Club Card on booking and purchase their tickets by the given date in order to qualify for the reduction.

Service fees

Our service and delivery fees are in accordance with those of Lippupalvelu (Ticket Service) and may alter in the course of the sales period. Any increases in fees will also apply to earlier bookings not yet paid for.

Online booking

Web payment and delivery fees will be added to the price of the tickets. The web payment fee is €0.90 per ticket. The delivery fee will depend on the means of delivery. Online purchases can be paid for by credit card (Visa & Eurocard/Mastercard), Nordea Solo, OP web payment, Sampo web payment and Aktia/Sp/Pop payment.

Booking by telephone

Tel. 0600-10-800 (rate per minute + local call charge) or 0600-10-020 (flat rate + local call charge) The rate per minute of €1.83 + local call charge or the flat rate of €5.99 per call + local call charge will be added to the price of the tickets along with a delivery fee according to the means of delivery.

A service fee of at least €2.20 will be added to the price of each ticket.

Opera Festival Ticket Office

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers entitling the holder to purchase a ticket for the performance of his/her choice are on sale at Lippupalvelu (Ticket Service) outlets.
Tickets cannot be refunded or changed. Force majeure conditions apply to all performances. Tickets will then be refunded on presentation. The Savonlinna Opera Festival takes no responsibility for lost tickets.
